Kate has always been passionate about massage, wellness and customer service. Kate opened Soluna in August 2018 with a vision to create a space for practitioners and clients to be empowered, nourished, educated, and revitalized as they walk through their wellness journey. Kate has been practicing bodywork for 20 years, finding her passion when she started her education at SouthWest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. She focused her studies on deep tissue/therapeutic massage, neck-shoulder release, reflexology, prenatal massage, and lymphatic drainage massage. In 2018 she deepened her practice by completing her Ayurveda Health Counselor certification through MN Institute of Ayurveda. With her experience she has developed a strong intuition for the human body and a belief that you must take a holistic and integrated approach to maintain good health. Kate uses all her modalities to create a truly personal and customized experience for each client.

Modalities: Relaxation massage, Deep tissue/therapeutic massage, pre-natal massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage and dry brush massage, trigger point massage, abhyanga massage, and ayurvedic health counseling.


Philip Hanson

Philip has been studying and practicing massage and bodywork for 20 years. He attended a 1,000 hour dual-certification program at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts for Massage and Polarity Therapy. Since then he has studied with several experts in the fields of Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, and Qigong amongst other modalities. Philip is very passionate about his work, studying, practicing and helping others. His style of bodywork is restorative and deeply therapeutic, and has helped thousands of people in decreasing pain, increasing flexibility & rang of motion, while calming the nervous system and improving overall function. He specializes in pain management, neck, low back and shoulder injuries, rehabilitation from auto accidents, and over use injuries.

Modalities: Deep tissue massage, integrative massage, pre-natal massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, polarity therapy, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, qigong and active isolated stretching.


Megan Grove

Megan attended the National Holistic Institute in San Francisco in 2009, where she found her calling and passion for massage. Megan is also a Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Health Coach. Her massages are intuitive, therapeutic and relaxing. Megan finds peace in giving massages and loves working closely with her clients to ensure healing work. Having a Rehabilitative Specialist background, Megan also enjoys educating clients, sharing at home corrective exercises, stretches, and yoga poses to assist in recovery. She loves massage and all of its benefits, helping relieve aches, pains, tension, assisting in the recovery of injuries and illness, reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and increasing overall wellness.

Modalities: Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage, Connective Tissue Therapy, Cupping, Gua-Sha, Stretching, Swedish massage, Pregnancy massage, and Reiki.
